At DXA Beauty, our bundles and custom wigs can last you a minimum of two years depending on how you maintain your hair.

Wearing a wig for the first time can be a scary experience so here are a few things to consider:

• Closures and frontal wigs are great as they eliminate the need for leaving your hair.

• Depending on how you style and keep your wigs, closures and frontals over time may require more maintenance.

• Frontals are bigger and wider and covers your whole hairline from ear to ear. They provide a more versatile look.

• Lace closures are smaller and are u-shaped. Depending on the size you get, lace closures will cover a certain width of the hairline.

Our custom units are premade wigs that have been constructed via machine straight from our supplier.

Absolutely! With our hair being of top quality you are able to achieve your desired look following the right process.

Each custom wig is customised, bleached and prepared with bands and combs fit to wear. You’ll receive maintenance and hair care tips with your order.

For wigs please allow up to 10-14 working days for processing and allow 1-3 working days to receive your order. For products, please allow 1-3 working days for processing and allow 1-3 days to receive your order.

Once dispatched you will receive your tracking number.

We offer frontal and closure replacement services via our booking app, under ‘Wig Maintenance’.

Both our lace and bundles are the best grade of Raw Vietnamese. Our custom wigs are 11A Virgin Brazilian Hair.

Of course! This can be done by clicking “Hair” via the tabs. Once you have selected your service and desired date, we will contact you to provide the address for shipping. Please post us your hair 10-14 days before your hair appointment.

Depending on the state of your wig and the style you are trying to achieve, this can be reviewed by the team. We will require pictures of the old wig and your desired style before confirmation.

Due to health and safety and the nature of our products, once purchased, frontals, bundles and wigs can not be refunded or exchanged. We are therefore not liable for any damage to your frontals, bundles and wigs. We undergo rigorous checks to ensure our products are of high quality.
