DEPOSITS
To secure and finalise your appointment a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% will be required. Your deposit will go towards your total payment. The remaining balance will need to be paid in cash at your appointment. We allow one reschedule per client. If you wish to reschedule after this, your deposit will be lost. If your appointment needs to be cancelled/rescheduled due to COVID-19 we are happy to move your appointment to new date. Your deposit will be used towards your next appointment. Proof will be required.
LATE FEE
We understand that travel disruptions may interfere with your journey; however, if you are 15 minutes late, a £15 late fee will be added. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be lost. This is to ensure we run a smooth, punctual service that doesn’t interfere with other clients' appointments. We also allow ourselves a 15-minute grace period.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Cancelling/rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being lost. We allow one reschedule per client. If you reschedule again after this, your deposit will be lost. If your appointment needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19, we are happy to move your appointment to a new date, providing you show proof. Your deposit will be used towards this new appointment date.
HAIR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
All wigs/lace must be customised and in good condition for all installations. If you would like us to customise your wig/lace in preparation for your appointment, hair needs to be received 7 DAYS BEFORE your appointment. For lace replacements, hair is to be received 7 DAYS BEFORE your appointment. For Revamps, hair is to be received 7 DAYS BEFORE your appointment. For sew-ins that require a customised lace, please send us your frontal/closure 7 DAYS BEFORE your appointment.
CUSTOM WIGS
For handmade units, your Frontals/Closures are to be received no later than 10-14 working days BEFORE your appointment. A confirmation email will be sent to you detailing how to send us your hair. The address will also be sent to you via email. The outcome of your installation will depend on the quality of your lace. For the best results, please be sure to choose lace that is thin and matches your skin tone, preferably HD Lace. We will NOT install any lace/wigs that have not been customised to our standards. If we receive bad quality lace/wigs that we are unable to work with, we will return your hair to you and cancel your appointment.
PLEASE NOTE, this applies for clients who are providing their own units for wig installations. If you come to your appointment with a unit that is not customised and has a damaged lace your appointment will be cancelled. To avoid disapointment, please send us your unit one week before your appointment. If you are unsure please do not hesitate to contact us via email at: info@dxabeauty.co.uk.
We also provide Raw/Virgin bundles and lace in various textures and lengths. If you are purchasing hair from our Luxe Collection for your appointment, please let us know 14 days prior to your appointment date to ensure that your hair is prepared in time. Payment for bundles and lace is paid before your appointment via our website. You can purchase from: www.dxabeauty.co.uk
Clients using our hair for their appointment will receive 20% off the construction of the wig.
PONYTAILS
Please ensure that your hair is freshly washed, with NO oils and creams. If you attend the appointment with greasy hair, unfortunately, your appointment will be cancelled.
REFUND
Due to health and safety and the nature of our products, once purchased, frontals , bundles and wigs cannot be refunded. We are therefore not liable for any damage to your frontals , bundles or wigs. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by dying and bleaching of hair. Please seek professional help if unsure.
Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered. All sales are final so please be sure to click the correct style/lengths & provide the correct measurements at checkout.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. DISCLAIMER : Colours may differ from pictures due to lighting and computer display. We therefore cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of any colour will be accurate.

The prices of our products and services are subject to change without notice. We have the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

Our Terms and Conditions are available at any time on our site. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our social sites. It is therefore your responsibility to check for our up to date version.
