Processing and Shipping Time:

For products please allow 1-3 working days for processing. For wig units please allow up to 10- 14 working days. Shipping is not included.

Once processed, your order will be dispatched. Please allow up to 1-3 working days for you to receive your order.

For orders over £250 shipping is free.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature. Failure to provide a signature will result in your order being sent to your local depot.

Please allow up to 10-14 WORKING DAYS for your wig to be made and orders to be sent. Once dispatched please allow up to 7-21 days for your order to arrive.

In some instances, delivery may be delayed due to COVID-19, courier delays or depending on your country's customs. We have no control over how long the courier service or customs hold your package for. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you. We are not responsible for any extra charges in regards to you receiving your package, i.e customs fees, import duties and taxes.

Refund Policy

Due to health and safety and the nature of our products, once purchased, frontals , bundles and wigs cannot be refunded. We are therefore not liable for any damage to your frontals , bundles or wigs. We are also not responsible for any damage caused by dying and bleaching of hair. Please seek professional help if unsure.

Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered. All sales and deposits are final so please be sure to click the correct style/lengths & provide the correct measurements at checkout. At our discretion, we may offer exchanges. In these circumstances, return costs must be covered by the customer, we do not offer return labels. We will then ship your item to you free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: Deposits are NOT refundable.
