  • Premium appointments are high demand slots. These are:

    Tuesday morning & Wednesday-Friday evening. A £10 fee will be added to your bill.

    For emergency slots, please dm/email us.

  • Please come to your appointment with NO makeup and clean lashes. If you wear contacts please remove them.

  • A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% will be required. Your deposit will go towards your total payment. The remaining balance will need to be paid in CASH

  • A patch test can be carried out 24/48 hours before your appointment to find out if you have any allergies/reactions. If you choose to continue with your appointment I will assume you do not want one and therefore cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur after. You will also have to sign a disclaimer form at your appointment.

  • It is advised that infills should be made every 2-3 weeks with at least 40% of your lashes remaining. We also offer mini-fills which is done 1 week after your full set. Anything less than 40% or after 3 weeks you will be charged the full price of a new set.

    Depending on how your lash extensions were applied, I can infill foreign lashes (sets by other technicians).

  • INFILL10: 10% off your next infill when you book a full set. Please book your full set and infill separately.

    STUDENT10: 10% off ALL sets for students. Must be a valid student. Please bring your Student ID Card.

    REFER10: Refer a friend and you both get £10 off your next appointment. Appointments do not need to be on the same day but must be within the same month. When booking please write the name of your friend in ‘Booking Notes’.

    ALL discounts can be applied at checkout using the above codes.

  • Cancelling/rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your deposit being lost. We allow one reschedule per client. If you reschedule again after this your deposit will be lost. If your appointment needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19, we are happy to move your appointment to a new date, providing you show proof. Your deposit will be used towards this new appointment date.

  • We understand that travel disruptions may interfere with your journey, however if you are late charges will apply:

    • 10 minutes late: £10 fee

    • 15 minutes late: £15 fee

    After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be lost. This is to ensure we run a smooth punctual service that doesn’t interfere with other clients appointments. We also allow ourselves a 10 minute grace period.

    Please, NO PLUS 1’s DUE TO LIMITED SPACE. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE BOOKED IN AGAIN WITHOUT AN EXTRA £10 DEPOSIT.

  • Should any issues arise after 48 hours a partial refund will be given. Infills will also be offered if a huge amount of lashes have fallen out within this time.
